Sun:
- 7.15am
- MacRitchie Reservoir
- Long runs

That is an excellent timing for girls!
My timing is much worse than yours! Is this your first marathon? do you need our contact numbers? You can email me at melissa_sg15@hotmail.com coz when i first joined in March also quite shy to approach my dear team mates then at the grand stand! I am v impressed by your superb timing! look forward to having u join us!

We have our coach Mr Steven Quek, who guides us on training and prepares us for races.

Hey. I’ve just completed Adidas Sundown Marathon in 4 hours and 1 minute… and was wondering if I could join the team. I have signed up for AHM 2009 too.
Hmmm.. but I don’t run fast. I just am able to do it for a longer time. Is that ok?
