– 6pm
– NUS Track
– Interval Training** 

Wed:
– 6pm
– NUS Track
– Easy Run 

Fri:
– 6pm
– NUS Track
– Interval Training** 

Sun:
– 8am
– MacRitchie Reservoir
– Long runs

**Types of training depends on the period of the year
